Super Easy Garlic Cream Sauce

Hey Guys!!

I hope your all having a wonderful Holiday season, there are so many fun things to do this time of year! I’ve been busy shopping for gifts and wrapping presents and next week I’ll start baking which is one of my favorite parts of the season,

Today I’m sharing with you this super simple sauce recipe that can be used over any type of pasta, my personal favorite is mushroom ravioli. I made this last week as a side with steak and asparagus and yesterday I made the ravioli and served it with chicken meatballs thats how versatile this sauce is.

Garlic Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic minced

2 tablespoons flour

1 cup of milk

1/4 Teaspoon of Italian seasoning

Directions:

Melt butter over medium heat in a medium sauce pan and add minced garlic. Let garlic cook in the butter for a few minutes stirring regularly so garlic doesn’t burn.

Stir in flour and cook one minute while stirring constantly to get rid of the raw flour taste.

Stir in milk and Italian seasoning. Continue to stir while sauce thickens.

Serve over your favorite pasta and enjoy!!

This is such a great dish to serve for any occasion and the sauce comes together so quickly.

    1. I’m so glad you enjoyed the recipe! That has happened to me before. One thing that works is to turn the heat up a little after adding the milk just be sure to keep stirring so it doesn’t burn. You can also add another 1/2-1tablespoon of flour if the butter looks to watery after adding just one. That will help to thicken it some more. I hope that helps!
